Education Creates Hope and Opportunity (ECHO):
- Case management services for pregnant and/or parenting teens to assist in completion of high school education (see pg. 44)
Pregnancy and Parenting Services:
- Free, confidential counseling and support for women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy
- Adoption planning services for birth parents
- Free, case management services for pregnant mothers or parents with a child under the age of 2
- Support to attend prenatal and well child visits
- Support with basic needs for families with children under 2 years old
- Adoption planning services if requested
- Adoption record requests

Eligibility
- No U.S. government-issued ID needed
- Call to schedule appointment
- ECHO – Serve pregnant mothers, or parents who are enrolled or would like help with obtaining their high school education
- Pregnancy and Parenting Services – Serve pregnant mothers or parents with a child under the age of 2
