  • Own Your Journey: Women’s Health and Wellness program serving moms during the preconception and interconception months
  • Mental Health Counseling: Maternal mental health support through individual and group sessions
  • Mobile Diaper Pantry: The Dar Richardson Hopper outreach van provides free diapers and other items
  • Doula Program: Doulas prepare clients during the 3rd trimester of the birthing process and provide support during labor up to 4 weeks postpartum
