Eligibility
- Must be 18 years old and have a child in any Fort Wayne hospital or medical facility
- Must have a referral from a medical team member

- Phone: M-F 8:30AM-9PM; S, Su 12PM-5PM
- Staff Hours: M-F 8:30AM – 4:30PM & 6:30PM-6:30AM; S, Su 12PM-5PM & 6:30PM-6:30AM
- Overnight guests have 24/7 access to the house and amenities
