Safe Sleep Classes
- Educational classes focused on safe infant sleep practices. Eligible participants may receive a Pack ‘n Play to support a safe sleep environment
Prenatal Program
- In partnership with Iris, we offer prenatal education and support to promote healthy pregnancies and empower expectant parents with the tools and knowledge they need
Ronald McDonald Care Mobile
- A fully equipped doctor’s office on wheels, the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile delivers dental, medical, and health care services directly to underserved communities, helping reduce barriers to access and improve health outcomes for children and families
Lactation Consultation
- One-on-one support for breastfeeding mothers from certified lactation consultants
Nicotine-Free Baby & Me
- A support program for pregnant individuals who want to quit smoking and create a healthier environment for their baby
Parkview ER Asthma Call-Back Program & School-Based Education
- Follow-up care for children and adults seen in the ER for asthma-related issues, plus educational classes offered in schools to support asthma management
FWCS Family and Community Engagement Team
- This team supports students by coordinating health services, offering immunization clinics both in schools and at a central clinic, and ensuring students’ health needs are met as they enter school. Also, offers classes during select months that supports the health and well-being of the children
Care Navigation for At-Risk Populations
- A dedicated team assists clients in select shelters with navigating chronic illness, accessing mental health resources, connecting with primary care providers, securing insurance, and improving access to care
